HOW DO I NAVIGATE ON YOUR WEBSITE? You can search our inventory by brand, treatment type, product type, or keyword search. To search for a product, type in a keyword or select a brand, treatment, or type from the drop down lists. The search results will enable you to see prices, descriptions, and pictures of the relevant products. If you have any trouble don't hesitate to give us a call.
CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE? To order by phone, contact us toll free at 877-683-2962. Customers outside of the United States will have to call 626-852-0699. Our office hours are 9AM and 5PM PST Monday through Friday.
METHODS OF PAYMENT / ORDERS? We only accept orders placed online or over the phone by credit card only. We do not accept orders placed by email or fax. Checks and Money Orders will be returned to customer. SkinWest will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
SALES TAX? 8.25% (Only for California Customers)
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS? For orders over $150 a 1% discount per $100 spent up to a maximum of 5% will be given. I.E., $150 - $199 = 1%, $200 - $299 = 2%, and so on. Discount orders need to be placed over the phone and you must request the discount prior to placing the order.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE MATCHING? We strive for the most competitive prices anywhere. If you find prices lower than ours on another site, contact us by phone and we will match the price. Price matches take into consideration the total end price of the products you are considering on purchasing, i.e., shipping & handling and any applicable state sales tax.
WHAT IS THE EXPIRATION DATE ON YOUR PRODUCTS? Our products are very fresh. We sell large volumes of all our product lines. We restock our inventory on average every 2 weeks or twice a month. The expiration date on our products will normally be 1 to 3 years from the date of purchase. Some of our products have a lesser shelf life, this has nothing to do with us and is controlled by the manufacturer themselves.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER? You need to call us immediately if you want to cancel or make a change in your order. DO NOT EMAIL US. Our toll free number is 877-683-2962 for International & local calls use 626-852-0699. Our hours are Monday through Friday, except national US holidays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST (Los Angeles, California, USA). If your order has already shipped, return the products to us via Certified Mail, or some other mechanism that requires the signature of our staff, prior to any credit being given.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS? You can change your email address by logging into your account by clicking the "Your Account" link from the homepage. After logged in, click the "Email Preferences" link, type in your new email address, then click "Update".
HOW DO I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION? This can be done the next time you place an order. At the end of the check out process you'll have the option to change information on your account with the exception of your email address. You can also change it through the account interface. Just log on to your account.
