Please download the Return Authorization Form then contact a Customer Service Representative at SkinWest.com and request a return authorization number and instructions on what to do once you've acquired the form. The form is in a PDF format so you'll need to download Adobe Reader if it is not already installed on your computer. It is a free download and can be downloaded from www.adobe.com.
SkinWest will not accept deliveries without a RA number for security and processing reasons. You will also need to return the products via certified mail or some other mechanism that requires the signature of our staff or at the very least confirms some sort of delivery.
Refunds will not be applied to invoices that are more than 60 days old or products that are over 40% used. It is the customer's responsibility to provide postage for the return or exchange of products. No credit will be given until we receive the products. The products must be returned in their original packaging or refund will not be given. If the product was shipped with a rebate form and the upc label is missing, refund will be minus the rebate amount.
Two additional restrictions for specific product lines apply. For makeup products such as those offered by Bioelements, Sothys, Jane Iredale, etc., colors and textures must be familiar to the customer who orders them. We will not accept a return for a makeup product because it turned out not to be a good color or texture for you. Returns should limited to defective products or those not suitable for use.
The second restriction applies to all Phytomer and Jane Iredale products, whether they are makeup or skin care products. Customers may not return these products due to general dissatisfaction with the product. Instead, they need to document a bad reaction to the product and fill out a bad reaction form in addition to the RAN. Contact SkinWest customer service to obtain this form. SkinWest is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
